Who We’re Looking For:

• Sports Background : Strong understanding of athlete culture, with experience in high school or college sports.
• Startup Experience : Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments; skilled at building processes and adapting to change.
• Marketing Expertise : 3+ years in a senior marketing role at an agency or professional organization.
• Content Focus : A track record of creating and managing video, graphics, and social media campaigns.
• Social Media Leadership : Deep expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content platforms, with a focus on trends and performance optimization.
• Affiliate & Influencer Marketing : Experience building ambassador programs, managing influencer campaigns, and scaling organic growth.
• Team Management : Proven leadership experience managing teams, building strong cultures, and delivering results.
• Results-Driven : A strategic thinker who can deliver on key KPIs like athlete sign-ups, engagement, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the charge in building the MyPlayer brand, driving athlete sign-ups, and expanding MyPlayer’s reach to athletes, agencies, and media outlets nationwide.
• Scale athlete engagement, starting with NIL athletes and rapidly expanding to youth sports.
• Establish MyPlayer as a household name in sports by dominating platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Craft and execute innovative content strategies that tell the MyPlayer story and create excitement around the brand.
• Develop and launch affiliate and ambassador programs to amplify MyPlayer’s presence and impact.
• Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team ready to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
