Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to deliver expert guidance and strategic insights to Rosemont’s clients. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role involves managing existing accounts while fostering new client relationships through personalized service and tailored marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and guiding strategy.
• Provide regular reporting to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, production, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
• Ensure all administrative tasks, such as invoicing and contract management, are completed timely and accurately.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Meet sales targets and quotas through client retention.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role, preferably within a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and optimize marketing strategies.
• Superior customer service skills with a passion for helping clients succeed.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, SEO, and online marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WordPress.
• Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Healthcare industry experience a plus.
