Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description – other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

• Manage projects that will deliver savings year over year. Track performance
• Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change.
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/ business issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, and create process documentation.
• Lead, train and coach cross functional teams to implement cost savings programs and embrace lean culture change.
• Interface with manufacturing personnel to improve existing processes, increase safety and solve any ergonomic concerns.
• Use creativity and innovative approaches to solve complex problems.
• Facilitate Kaizen events.
• Implement 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping and Standard Work Projects.
• Other tasks/functions as assigned.

• 3-5 Related Experience
• Demonstrated Team Building, Project Management, Continuous Improvement
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Six Sigma / Black Belt Preferred
